Est. for Classes 6, 7 & 8

Where curious minds
become confident scientists.

A state-wide Science & Mathematics Olympiad for Classes 6, 7 & 8 — built to test real understanding, reward genuine effort, and give every school in Uttar Pradesh a stage to showcase its young talent.

Who It's For

Built for schools across Uttar Pradesh.

The Olympiad is conducted through schools, not as an individual open exam — our team visits each school directly, so every registration strengthens the science culture of the classroom, not just one student's report card.

Any Recognised School

Government, government-aided, and private schools anywhere in Uttar Pradesh — urban or rural — are welcome to take part.

Classes 6, 7 & 8

Middle school is where scientific curiosity is either sparked or lost. The Olympiad targets exactly this window, with a paper matched to each class's syllabus.

Teachers & Coordinators

School science coordinators get result analytics, performance reports, and classroom-ready material to prepare their students well.

Our Motive

Every district has talent.
Not every student gets a stage.

The Uttar Pradesh Science Olympiad exists to close that gap — to give a student in a small-town school the same opportunity to be tested, recognised, and encouraged as a student in a metro classroom. We believe scientific thinking isn't a talent reserved for a few; it's a habit that any child can build with the right challenge in front of them.

Our Vision
"A Uttar Pradesh where every middle-school student has, at least once, tested their thinking against the best in their state — and walked away wanting to know more."
Why This Olympiad

Why a student or school should take part.

01

Syllabus-Aligned

Every question is drawn from the NCERT and UP Board syllabus for that class — no coaching-institute curveballs.

02

Concept Over Memory

Questions test understanding and application, not rote recall — the same skill that helps in every exam ahead.

03

Fair, State-Wide Ranking

A common paper and common evaluation across all 75 districts means every school is measured on the same scale.

04

Low Effort, Real Reward

One exam day, minimal paperwork for schools, and a result and certificate for every single participant.

FAQs

Common questions

Can an individual student register directly? +

No — participation is arranged through the school. Our team visits schools directly to onboard them; a student interested in participating should speak to their school's science teacher or coordinator.

Is there a minimum number of students a school must register? +

No minimum. Schools may register any number of interested students from Classes 6, 7 and 8.

What is the syllabus for the exam? +

The paper for each class is based on that class's NCERT / UP Board Science and Mathematics syllabus, so no separate olympiad-specific preparation is required.

Do all participants get a certificate? +

Yes. Every participating student receives a certificate of participation, and top performers additionally receive medals and rank certificates.

How are results announced? +

Results are shared with the school coordinator, who distributes individual score reports and certificates to students.

Ready to bring your school in?

Our team visits schools in person to onboard them for the current academic year — no forms, no online sign-up.
